Kyngs VIP program: five levels, withdrawal limits, cashback and Coins
Kyngs VIP levels (Squire to High King) with daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits in Canadian dollars, cashback 0–15%, personal manager, and the Coins program.

The five levels and what they change
The Kyngs VIP program has five ranks. Each rank sets three things: a monthly withdrawal limit, a cashback percentage and whether a personal account manager is included. The VIP page shows euro limits; this page uses the Canadian-dollar figures from the withdrawal policy.
| Level | Name | Monthly withdrawal limit (CAD) | Cashback | Personal manager |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Squire | CA$13,500 | 0% | No |
| 2 | Knight | CA$21,000 | 0% | No |
| 3 | Baron | CA$30,000 | 5% | No |
| 4 | Duke | CA$42,000 | 10% | Yes |
| 5 | High King | CA$60,000 | 15% | Yes |

Moving from one level to the next depends on your activity on the account. Your current level and the progression terms are shown in your account area and confirmed by support, around the clock.
Withdrawal limits by day, week and month
Our withdrawal policy details the same levels with three limits each, in a currency table that includes Canadian dollars. They apply by default; Kyngs reserves the right to set other amounts per transaction depending on payment method and account level.
| Level | Per day | Per week | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 — Squire | CA$1,050 | CA$3,375 | CA$13,500 |
| 2 — Knight | CA$1,500 | CA$5,250 | CA$21,000 |
| 3 — Baron | CA$1,800 | CA$7,500 | CA$30,000 |
| 4 — Duke | CA$2,250 | CA$10,500 | CA$42,000 |
| 5 — High King | CA$3,000 | CA$15,000 | CA$60,000 |
In practice, a CA$9,000 balance at Squire takes three weeks at best to withdraw (CA$3,375, CA$3,375, then CA$2,250), each request subject to the 72-hour approval target and the three-pending-withdrawal limit. At High King, the same balance fits within a week. That is the concrete advantage of rank: faster and higher withdrawals.
The VIP cashback
From Baron upward a 5% cashback is added, then 10% at Duke and 15% at High King. Its calculation period, basis and wagering conditions are set out in the VIP program terms in your account. It is distinct from the promotional cashbacks (15% casino, 25% live, 15% sports) described on the Bonus page.
The other advertised advantages
The VIP program brings four advantages: a personal VIP manager with 24/7 support, exclusive offers, faster and higher withdrawals, and surprise promotions. The withdrawal limits and the manager (from Duke) are quantified here; exclusive offers and surprises are communicated directly to the members concerned.
Coins: how they are earned
The Coins program is described in an annex to our general rules, separate from the VIP page. It rewards activity with an internal currency, and the rules give Canadian-dollar thresholds directly.
- 1 Coin per CA$150 wagered on casino games.
- 1 Coin per CA$30 deposited.
- Coins for a top position in an in-house tournament.
- Coins per completed Weekly Challenge, plus 50 Coins for all casino challenges in a week and 80 for all sports challenges.
Example: a month with CA$450 deposited and CA$3,000 wagered on casino games earns 15 Coins from deposits and 20 Coins from wagering, 35 Coins in all, before tournaments and challenges. Shop prices in Coins are shown in the shop once logged in.
The shop: what Coins buy, and on what terms
| Reward | Where it can be used | Wagering | Time limit | Conversion cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Casino bonus | Casino and live casino only | 35 times the bonus | 10 days | 5 times the bonus (CA$15 → CA$75 max) |
| Bonus spins | Casino; activate in the profile | 40 times the spin winnings | 7 days to use, 10 days to wager | CA$75 at most, excess voided |
| Free bets | Sports only | Rollover of winnings | Activate within 24 h, 30 days | Single stake of the full amount; stake not returned |
These terms are published in the Shop annex to the rules and apply to the shop. Those of the welcome package and the reloads are in each offer’s window; our FAQ gives a generic 40x example.
What this means for a regular player
VIP rank mostly affects withdrawals: the higher the level, the faster a large win comes out. Coins, by contrast, turn into bonuses with a high wagering requirement and a low conversion cap; 35 times in 10 days on a bonus capped at 5 times its value does not suit a small budget. Before exchanging Coins, compare the bonus obtained with the wagering it imposes.
Before planning a large withdrawal, check your level and the applicable limit in your account or with support.
Frequently asked questions
How do you move up a VIP level at Kyngs?
Your level depends on your activity on the account. The VIP page shows each level’s advantages; your current level and the progression terms are in your account area and confirmed by support.
Does the VIP cashback stack with the 15% casino cashback?
The VIP cashback (0 to 15% by level) and the promotional cashback (15% up to €3,000) are two separate programs. Their stacking rule is set out in each program’s terms in your account.
What are Coins worth?
The rules say how they are earned (1 Coin per CA$150 wagered, 1 per CA$30 deposited) and the terms of the rewards. The Coin price of each reward is shown in the shop.
Are the VIP withdrawal limits the same in every currency?
No. The withdrawal policy publishes a grid per currency. In Canadian dollars, level 1 runs from CA$1,050 per day to CA$13,500 per month; level 5 from CA$3,000 per day to CA$60,000 per month.
