Kyngs payments: deposits, withdrawals and verification, rule by rule

The payment methods

Kyngs offers the deposit methods below in the cashier, from bank cards to nine cryptocurrencies. Any fees for each method are shown in the cashier when you choose it.

The deposit methods and, where it exists, the matching withdrawal option. Bank transfer is used for withdrawals; MiFinity, Jeton and cryptocurrencies work both ways. Minimum amounts per method are shown in the cashier in your account currency.

The list offered depends on the account currency. The minimum deposit for each method is shown in the cashier, in your account currency, before you confirm.

Currencies and deposit rules

The account can be opened in Canadian dollars or fourteen other currencies: EUR, NOK, PLN, BRL, CHF, CZK, USD, AUD, CLP, HUF, ZAR, MXN, INR and NZD. The choice is made at registration. A deposit is accepted only from a payment method in the account holder’s name; a joint account passes if your name is on it, a business account is refused.

A deposit takes four steps: ‘Deposit’ button, choose the method, amount and currency, confirm. A Revolut deposit may fail if the gambling block is enabled in the Revolut app. A deposit is not refunded once wagered; an exceptional refund request must be made within 24 hours.

Withdrawals: minimum, limits and target timeline

The default minimum withdrawal is CA$30. At most three withdrawals can be pending. We aim to approve within 72 hours of the request; if checks are needed, that period extends. No withdrawals are processed on weekends, and full processing can take up to 7 business days, the last step depending on the payment provider. With cryptocurrency, the final payout after our approval depends on blockchain confirmations.

Where possible, the withdrawal goes back through the deposit method. For a card deposit, Kyngs reserves the right to pay withdrawals, up to the amount deposited, as refunds to the card, and may use a method other than the one requested.

The limits are ‘default’: minimum and maximum amounts per transaction can differ by method and level. Moving between levels is described on the VIP page.

The 1x rule and bonuses

Every deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. This applies to everyone, bonus or not. With an active bonus, that bonus’s wagering requirement is added: a withdrawal is possible only if no bonus is pending on the account. Kyngs can also cancel a withdrawal on suspicion of fraud or breach of the rules.

Documents and verification

We ask for two items: a colour photo of your ID card or passport, and an official document (utility bill, bank statement) in the account holder’s name and address, dated within the last three months. The rules provide, on request, for proof of ownership of the payment method and transaction histories, and for further checks: phone call, face verification, third-party providers.

Documents must be supplied within 30 days. Until then, payment can be withheld and the account suspended; past the deadline, the account can be closed permanently. Verification is ‘usually’ completed within 10 days of a full reply, with further checks possible. Sending clear scans right after opening the account can shorten the wait at the first withdrawal, not remove it.

Inactive accounts and other charges

An account with no login for 180 days (or no transaction for 6 months, depending on the text) becomes inactive and may be charged up to CA$8 per month; if the balance is lower, the whole balance is taken, with prior written notice. Transfers between players are prohibited. Any tax on winnings is the player’s responsibility.

In practice

• Use a payment method in your own name, and preferably the same one for deposit and withdrawal.
• Note the real minimum deposit and any fees in the cashier before confirming.
• Send the verification documents before the first withdrawal.
• Factor in your level’s limits before aiming at a large withdrawal.
• Avoid requesting a withdrawal with a bonus pending.
