Signing up at Kyngs: the account, verification, login and mobile

Two points to settle before signing up

First, the currency and the rules. Offers are shown in euros and withdrawal limits are published per currency, including Canadian dollars: choose your account currency at registration. Our rules state that checking whether online gambling is legal where you live is the player’s responsibility.

The English version of the terms prevails. Before a first deposit, read the withdrawal rules too: a CA$30 minimum, limits by level and documents due within 30 days of a request.

What the form asks for

The form asks for: full name, date of birth, valid email address, home address, country and currency, with confirmation that you are over 18 and acceptance of the terms. An automated check blocks underage registrants from the date of birth and detects inconsistent postal codes.

• One account per person, per household and address, per phone number or email, and per IP address.
• Proxies and IP masking are banned at registration.
• The account must be in your real name; it cannot be sold or transferred.
• Details must be kept up to date; a change of address must be reported.
• A duplicate account is closed without reopening, its promotions and winnings voided.

Identity verification

Kyngs can request, before or after a deposit or withdrawal, a colour photo of your ID or passport and a proof of address under three months old, and if needed proof of ownership of the payment method. The deadline is 30 days; meanwhile payment can be withheld and the account suspended, and the account can be closed if the deadline passes. Checks by phone or face verification are provided for in the rules.

Photograph documents flat, without glare, all four corners visible, and send them only through the site’s account area or the support address displayed. Processing timelines are on the Payments page.

Login, forgotten password, email

Login uses the registration email and the password. If forgotten: ‘Log in’ button, ‘Forgot password?’ link, enter the registration email, follow the emailed link, enter the new password twice, then ‘Save’.

The email address tied to the account cannot be changed. Use an address you will keep. Any action taken with your credentials is deemed to be yours; a unique password and logging out on shared devices remain the two basics.

Mobile access: a shortcut, not an app

Kyngs runs in the browser, with no iOS or Android app to install. The footer offers ‘Create Shortcut’, which adds a shortcut to the site on your phone’s home screen. Mobile play follows the same account, verification and withdrawal rules.

If an installation file is offered to you anywhere other than the site, treat it as suspicious.

Closing or reopening an account

Closure is requested from support, by email or chat. The rules only allow closure with no balance and no pending withdrawal; otherwise the funds are voided and the last deposit refunded. A closed account can be reopened on request, with a delay that depends on the reason. Self-exclusion follows a different regime, described on the Responsible gambling page.

A cautious sequence

• Read the rules and the withdrawal policy.
• Create the account with accurate details and a lasting email address.
• Send the verification documents right away.
• Set a budget, and ask support which limit tools are available.
• Deposit a modest amount, then test a withdrawal at the CA$30 minimum.
