The welcome package: 100% up to €1,500 + 300 spins
The welcome package adds a 100% bonus to a deposit up to €1,500, and 300 free spins come with it. The offer appears in the banner of every page and in the casino tab of the promotions page.
The wagering requirement, the minimum deposit, the maximum bet while the bonus is active, the validity period, how it is split across deposits and which slots the 300 spins run on are set out in the offer’s ‘Details’ window and in our bonus policy. Open them before activating the package.
Three general rules apply regardless. A bonus is limited to one per person, household, address, phone number, device and IP address. Each promotion’s own terms take precedence over the general rules. And the FAQ states that wagering requirements apply to all bonuses: until they are met, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.
Before activating the package, open its terms window and note the wagering multiple, the maximum bet and the expiry date. A bonus can also be declined: refuse an offer directly on its card, or let it expire.
Weekly Boost, Weekend Reload and the Sunday spins
Three offers recur through the week. The Weekly Boost adds 50% up to €1,000 with 100 free spins. The Weekend Casino Reload adds 50% up to €750 with 50 spins. The Sunday Special gives 100 free spins. All three cards activate with the ‘Opt in’ button.
The opening day, the minimum deposit and the wagering of each offer are in its ‘Details’ window. At 50%, a deposit of 200 gives a bonus of 100 in the same currency; what that is worth then depends on the wagering multiple stated in the terms.
The Anniversary Special, up to 100 free spins, runs according to the promotions calendar. Its validity period is shown on the offer card.
The cashbacks: casino, live and sports
Casino cashback returns 15% up to €3,000. Pragmatic Live cashback returns 25% up to €300. Sports cashback returns 15% up to €500. A cashback returns part of net losses over a period; the period, the basis and the payout form are set out in each cashback’s terms.
The €3,000 is a ceiling, not a target: it would only be reached on a very large loss base, defined in the offer’s terms.
The VIP program adds another cashback, from 0% at Squire to 15% at High King. It is described on the VIP page and should not be confused with the offers above.
Bonuses bought with Coins: the terms published in the rules
Our rules describe a shop where Coins are exchanged for bonuses, with wagering terms written in black and white: a purchased bonus must be wagered 35 times within 10 days, and the amount convertible to real money is capped at 5 times the bonus. A CA$15 bonus can therefore return at most CA$75. Purchased spins follow a 40 times rule, with at most CA$75 convertible.

What the general rules say about bonuses
- Each promotion has its own terms, which take precedence over the general rules (clause 7.1).
- Some promotions require an associated deposit of a defined minimum amount (clause 7.1).
- One bonus per person, household, address, phone number, device and IP address (clause 7.2).
- Withdrawals are possible at any time provided no bonus is pending and no restriction sits on the account (clause 6.16).
- Every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, bonus or not (clause 6.9).
- If abuse is detected, the operator can revoke access to promotions and void winnings from them (clause 9.3).
- Maximum liability per bet or bonus feature is €150,000; bonuses, spins and features count as a single bet within that limit (‘Liability’ section).
Reading a wagering requirement
A wagering requirement sets how much must be played before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Our FAQ gives an example: with a 40x multiple and a $10 bonus, $400 must be wagered. Two other parameters matter: game contribution (table games often count less than slots) and the maximum bet allowed during the bonus. For each Kyngs offer, all three values are in the terms window.
Mistakes that cost a bonus
- Activating an offer without opening its terms window.
- Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active.
- Playing excluded or low-contribution games and finding the wagering does not move.
- Requesting a withdrawal with a bonus pending; the rules refuse it.
- Forgetting the expiry date, or letting an active bonus block a withdrawal.
