Signing up at Kyngs: the account, verification, login and your phone
How to open a Kyngs account: fields required, one account per person, documents within 30 days, forgotten password, mobile shortcut.

Two points to settle before signing up
First, the currency and the rules. Offers are shown in euro and withdrawal limits are published per currency: choose your account currency at registration. Our rules state that checking whether online gambling is legal where you live is the player’s responsibility.
The English version of the terms prevails. Before a first deposit, read the withdrawal rules too: a €20 minimum, limits by level and documents due within 30 days of a request.
What the form asks
The form asks for: full name, date of birth, valid email address, home address, country and currency, with confirmation that you are over 18 and acceptance of the terms. An automated check blocks underage registrants from the date of birth and detects inconsistent postal codes.
- A single account per person, and likewise per household and address, per phone number or email, and per IP address.
- Proxies and IP masking are banned at sign-up.
- The account has to be in your own real name and may not be sold or passed on.
- Details must stay current; report a change of address.
- A duplicate account is closed for good, its promotions and winnings voided.
Pick the currency with care: offers are shown in euro and withdrawal limits are published per currency. The email address cannot be changed afterwards.
Identity checks
Before or after a deposit or withdrawal, Kyngs may ask for a colour photo of your ID or passport and a proof of address under three months old, and if needed proof that the payment method is yours. The deadline is 30 days; in the meantime payment can be held and the account suspended, and the account can be closed if the deadline passes. Phone and face verification are provided for in the rules.
Photograph documents flat, without glare, all corners visible, and send them only through the site’s account area or the support address shown. Timings are on the Payments page.
Login, forgotten password, email
Login uses the registration email and the password. If forgotten: ‘Log in’ button, ‘Forgot password?’ link, enter the registration email, follow the emailed link, enter the new password twice, then ‘Save’.
The email address tied to the account cannot be changed. Use an address you will keep. Any action taken with your credentials is deemed to be yours; a unique password and logging out on shared devices remain the two basics.
On your phone: a shortcut, not an app
Kyngs runs in the browser, with no iOS or Android app to install. The footer offers ‘Create Shortcut’, which adds a shortcut to the site on your phone’s home screen. Mobile play follows the same account, verification and withdrawal rules.
Treat any installation file offered outside the site as suspect.
Closing or reopening
Closure is requested from support by email or chat. The rules only permit it with a zero balance and no pending withdrawal; otherwise funds are voided and the last deposit refunded. A closed account can be reopened on request, with a delay depending on the reason. Self-exclusion is a different regime, covered on the Responsible gambling page.
A sensible order
- Read the rules and the withdrawal policy.
- Open the account with accurate details and an email you will keep.
- Send verification documents straight away.
- Set a budget, and ask support which limit tools exist.
- Deposit a modest sum, then test a withdrawal at the €20 minimum.
